Refund policy

At Drooly, we’re all about delivering the most drool-worthy experience—every time. While we hope you love every bite, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

 Perishable Products

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. This is to ensure the highest food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@iocanabtawi.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund—your choice.

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. If a replacement is requested, we’ll send it out as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items opened or consumed

  • Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Gift cards or promotional items

 Orders Made in Error

If you made a mistake during checkout, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel or amend it.
